These 5 healthy habits could help you live a decade longer, study suggests

( CNN) Want to prolong your life expectancy by more than a decade? A new subject suggests that you can do just that by following these five healthful practices: never smoking, conserve a healthful body-mass indicator, keep up moderate to spirited utilization, don’t drink too much booze, and gobble a health diet.

Adhering to those five lifestyle influences at age 50, compared with not adhering to any of them, was associated with 14 additional years of life expectancy among women and 12.2 additional years among boys in the study, published in the magazine Circulation on Monday.

Each of those factors is greatly associated with a reduced hazard of dying from the top two assassins in the United States, cardiovascular disease and cancer, according to the study.
